It was my first time

I got my first over drop fee. You might be asking, how did this happen? Shopping? Actually, no. It all started when I was riding a taxi from the library to my house. My aunt didn't give me a text informing me that she wasn't having a day off full day. So that means, I didn't have a ride to go home. I glanced at the taximeter and crap...$30 already! I only had $14 dollars cash. I told the driver to drop me off at Wells Fargo so I can withdraw some money from my savings account.

SHIT!

The transaction cannot be processed at this time.
So, I asked the driver to drop me off at Bank of America which was located all the way down at the hill. But you see, there was a traffic. The driver lost his patience so he turned around and he said that he can use his Addressograph Bartizan-a tool to transact credit cards (googled it). I really had no idea if the deduction was under checkings or savings. (NOTE: I didn't have money at my checkings) So, I paid $10 dollars in cash and $20 dollars from my visa.

Mom started rambling about this when she found out I had -16.91 from my checkings. So what's the lesson? Hesitate to the driver even though he can't control his patience. I really don't get it. Traffic=more money, right? So why did the driver went all crazy about this?
